Nicola joined the Brighton Veterinary team at the beginning of 2026 after thoroughly enjoying a student placement at the clinic during her veterinary studies. Originally from Melbourne, she moved to Adelaide to study Veterinary Medicine at the University of Adelaide and quickly grew fond of the city, deciding to make it home.

Throughout her studies, Nicola worked part-time as a veterinary nurse in a busy small animal clinic, gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Nicola enjoys the diversity and challenge that veterinary medicine offers and is passionate about building strong relationships with pet owners to provide the best possible care for their animals.

Outside of work, Nicola is kept busy by her “foster fail” cat, Annie, and spending time with family and friends. She loves a wide range of outdoor activities, including waterskiing, snowboarding, hiking, and paddle boarding.
