We are excited to announce the opening of our brand-new veterinary hospital in July 2026. This purpose-built facility has been thoughtfully designed to reflect the high standard of care our team provides every day, while creating a calm, welcoming environment for both pets and their owners.
At the heart of the design are Fear Free principles, with a strong focus on minimising stress and anxiety for our patients. From the moment you arrive, every step of your visit has been carefully considered. We offer separate waiting areas, including quiet indoor spaces and multiple outdoor options for pets who prefer fresh air, sunshine, or a more relaxed environment.
Inside the hospital, you’ll find:
-
Separate consult rooms, including dedicated cat-friendly consult spaces designed specifically for feline comfort
-
Distinct hospital wards for large dogs, small-medium dogs and cats to ensure appropriate, low-stress accommodation for all our patients
-
External access to select consult rooms, allowing for smoother entry and exit—ideal for anxious dogs or clients who prefer a more private experience

Our new facility is equipped with state-of-the-art in-house treatment capabilities, including:
-
A large central treatment area
-
Three dedicated surgical suites, including a fully equipped dental suite with dental X-ray
-
Separate ultrasound and radiography (X-ray) rooms
-
A dedicated grooming area
For patients staying with us, we’ve designed a secure patient garden, allowing pets to toilet, stretch their legs, and enjoy time outdoors during their stay.
We’re also excited to expand our puppy school program, which will be held outdoors during warmer months and transition into a spacious consult room. This helps young dogs become familiar and comfortable with the clinic environment from an early age.
Importantly, this new hospital has also been designed with our team’s wellbeing in mind. Clinical workflow areas are thoughtfully separated from staff workspaces, and a large, comfortable staff room and balcony provides a true space for rest and recharge—supporting a safe, positive, and sustainable working environment.
While our current facility has served us well over the years, it no longer reflects the level of care, innovation, and comfort we strive to provide. This new hospital represents an exciting step forward—for our patients, our clients, and our team.
We look forward to welcoming you and your pets to our new home in July 2026.
